Terms of Service for Afta8.
By using afta8, you agree to use an adult-only digital social discovery platform operated by LOLLITECH lawfully, respectfully, and within the platform boundaries.
Respectful behavior
Harassment, threats, impersonation, scams, spam, hate, exploitation, or unsafe behavior are not allowed.
Profiles and media
Members are responsible for the profile information, photos, videos, and messages they share. Content should be lawful and respectful.
Location-based services
Discovery and map features use location to sort and show eligible profiles. Location accuracy depends on the browser, device, network, and settings.
Payments and premium
Premium subscriptions, wallet deposits, bonuses, and digital purchases are governed by the amounts and rules shown in the app at the time of use. Afta8's selected payment provider processes supported payments.
No prohibited transactions
afta8 does not sell, arrange, guarantee, or accept payment for physical meetings, escort services, sexual services, or direct transactions between members. Payments are only for digital platform features. Users must not request money from each other for meetings, favors, introductions, or services.
Account action
Admins may review reports, blocks, payment issues, verification concerns, and suspicious activity before restricting or removing accounts.
Intellectual property
LOLLITECH owns the Afta8 name, platform design, software, and brand assets. Members retain responsibility for content they upload and grant the platform permission to display it as part of the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Afta8 provides digital tools for discovery and communication. We do not guarantee relationships, meetings, outcomes, user behavior, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. Liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Changes and governing law
LOLLITECH may update the service or these terms as the platform evolves. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ghana.
